  1. Ensure you are in an Open change package on Staging and any rules you need are set up before you start. You will need a rule that specifies a product(s) sku.
  2. Go to Merchandising > Promotions and 'Add New' - fill out the Promotion details and ensure you select the correct store.
  3. Enter a start, end date and a maximum applications number - should be 1 most of the time. Leave the priority as 10.
  4. Set for the correct environments and choose whether to allow other promotions to fire. Vouchers do not need to be created
  5. Enter a basket message
  6. Click the 'Promotion Rules' tab and select the 'applies to' drop down and promotion type as below, a minimum basket value does not need to be set as this is defined by the product
  7. Define the number of items that must be added to fire the fixed price, the price that fires and to include conditions
  8. Click 'Add New Rule'
  9. In the popup that comes up search for the rule(s) you need and click 'Add'
  10. The rule will apply to your promotion
  11. Save the promotion then add any other details such as delivery discount and a landing page.
  12. Once it's published this is what the customer will see when they fire the promotion
