Adding a case to stock

Sometimes a CS agent or Wine Advisor needs to have a premixed case added to stock. This can now be done by the agent.

This process does only add one case to stock. If, for some reason, more are needed then please contact the stock team in the usual way.

The rules for the case build tool are as follows>

Agents must have the Inventory > Case > Increment role.

The case must be a Wine, Beer or Spirit Premixed case - not a gift or individual product.
The case must have 0 available stock.
The case must be active, available, ready to sell and sold on Telesales.
Stock can only be added to the locations permitted by the user's role.
The case must have existed in that location previously.
There must be available stock of the components within the requested location.


  1. If a case is out of stock then go to CRM > Build Case



2. Select "Web Site" from the dropdown menu and add the Y SKU of the case you wish to add and click "Check"


3. If the case already has stock then you will get a message saying so, if not then you will get the below case details so you can double check you have the right case. Click Submit.


4. You should get a success message letting you know that the case will be available shortly. This should only take a couple of seconds and the case will be available by the time you go to Telesales and proceed with the order.
