Trusted Platform Module has malfunctioned 80090016
This has only been reported in Windows 11, however these steps will work for Windows 10.
Fix by going into Settings > Accounts > Access work or school disconnecting your work account and then connect it again.
After this:
Sign out of Windows
Log back in
Check you are signed back into everything
