Microsoft Teams: How to invite guests to a meeting

This guide explains how to invite contacts outside of Virgin Wines to a Microsoft Teams meeting. 

1. Create a New Teams Meeting in Outlook or Teams
   1. Outlook
      
   2. Teams: Calendar > New meeting
      
      
2. Set a title and add participants in the required or optional fields depending on requirements. 
   
3. If you invite an external contact to the meeting, they will be sent a link to the web meeting, which they can then join when the meeting starts.
