Setting up the Natterbox mobile app

This guide explains how to set up the Natterbox mobile app.

Firstly you need to install the app from the respective app store.

Android: Natterbox – Apps on Google Play

iOS: Natterbox on the App Store (apple.com)

Once the app is installed, open it and you should see the below (or similar)

Tap on Get Started

Open

On the page that loads, tap on Use Custom Domain

Open

On the next page enter virginwines then tap Continue

You will be prompted to log into Office 365 and confirm via 2 factor authentication.

Once this is done you should see this

The app may ask for additional permissions, but will now ring via your phone when people call you on Natterbox.
