Sending an Order on Named Day Delivery through Telesales

If a Named Day Delivery is used on an order, then any payments will settle immediately

  1. Proceed through the order process as normal and on the Review & Confirm page select 'Nominated Day' from the delivery method drop down
  2. Once selected a section will appear where a day can be selected and the price for Nominated day for both Weekdays and Saturdays (if available) 
  3. You can choose a date a maximum of 4 weeks in the future (this may change) - use the Next and Prev buttons to find a selected date.
  4. Tick the date the customer would like the delivery on - it will not allow you to select a bank holiday. The page will refresh and the delivery price will update 
  5. Place the order as normal. When you view the order it will indicate the delivery date and dispatch date
  6. The order will stay in 'Accepted' until the working day before the delivery date when it will be sent over to the warehouse. You can cancel the order up until this point in time.
