Delivery Features

Delivery features are used to define which delivery method should be chosen based on a certain delivery instruction being chosen. 

Before making any amendments you must be in an Open change package in the Staging environment


  1. Go to Admin > Delivery > Delivery Features
  2. This shows a list of all the delivery features currently available 
  3. To disable one of them, simply untick the box under the 'enabled' column
  4. To add a new one, click 'Add New Feature' and fill it out 
  5. Once saved, these features can be used when defining delivery services for a delivery zone - click here for the instructions
