Bulk Wine Advisor Stamping

This is used when there are a number of customers that need restamping - perhaps if their wine advisor has left. 

1. Log into Telesales and go to 'Tasks' and 'Set Customer Advisor' 
   
2. You will land on the upload page 
   
3. Create the spreadsheet using the following layout - the advisor username MUST be spelt exactly as it is on the system
   
4. Save the file as a CSV and then click 'Choose File' on the upload page - then find the file on the popup
   
5. Click 'Open' and you will see the filename appear 
   
6. Click 'Execute Task' and you will get a message advising if it worked 
   
7. Click on 'Jobs' and you will see a list of completed uploads - if it's still working through it then it will say 'Unknown' 
   
8. To get a report of the upload, click 'Details' and 'Get Report'
