Adding Customer to a Subscription

Assuming that you have an event and a basket set up for that event (Creating Basket Sets for Subscriptions), you can add customers to your Subscription.

  1. In Telesales, click CRM>Customers.
  2. Find your customer and click VIEW
  3. In the left menu click Subscriptions
  4. Click Join next to the Subscription you want to join
  5. Choose your membership level/contact method if necessary.  At the bottom you should be able to find the event that you set up previously, if that event was set for today or in the future.  Choose your event, click next. 
  6. Some screens to progress through
    1. Choose your address, click next.
    2. Choose your billing address and payment method, click save.
  7. The blue confirmation message should show up and your customer has joined the subscription.
