Adding Customer to a Subscription
Assuming that you have an event and a basket set up for that event (Creating Basket Sets for Subscriptions), you can add customers to your Subscription.
- In Telesales, click CRM>Customers.
- Find your customer and click VIEW
- In the left menu click Subscriptions
- Click Join next to the Subscription you want to join
- Choose your membership level/contact method if necessary. Â At the bottom you should be able to find the event that you set up previously, if that event was set for today or in the future. Â Choose your event, click next.Â

- Choose your address, click next.
- Choose your billing address and payment method, click save.
- The blue confirmation message should show up and your customer has joined the subscription.
