Cancelling a Return

Note - you can only cancel a return before any refunds have been processed, once it is complete you will not be able to cancel

  1. Search for the order where you need to cancel a return, and expand the 'return' line
  2. If the state is 'Awaiting_return' you will be able to cancel it. If it is 'ready to process' or 'Complete' then you cannot cancel it as the funds are already being refunded. Click 'Cancel' and a popup appears asking for a reason for the cancellation
  3. Choose a reason and click 'confirm' and the return will be cancelled.
