Search for Single Use Promotional Vouchers

Occasionally you may need to see where a promotional voucher has been used.

You can ONLY search for single use Promo vouchers here - Multiple use NEP vouchers cannot be searched for

If a voucher has NOT been redeemed, then no result will return on your search - in these cases you will need to confirm with the New Business team that the code is correct, if it is, then it has not yet been redeemed

  1. In Telesales, go to Merchandising > PRM Vouchers 
  2. This brings up a search screen
  3. Type in the code that you need to search for 

  4. Click 'Search' and if it has been redeemed, a result will appear and show you the customer number and order numbers that the voucher has been used on, if the customer has redeemed but not placed an order, then the order number fields will be blank


  5. You can then copy the customer number or order numbers to find the customer details and complete their query.
