Using the Referred Orders Screen
- Go to Telesales > CRM > Referred Orders
- This shows a blank search screen
- To see everything in the queue, click 'Search' without filtering on any search fields
- To search for a particular order type, or delivery method, then use these drop downs and click 'search'
- Clicking 'View' will take you to the order screen where you can action what is needed and see why an order was referred as normal
