Assigning Roles to a User

  1. Go to Telesales > Admin > Users
  2. Search for the user you wish to assign a role to
  3. Click 'View' then click the 'Roles' tab
  4. Click 'Assign New Role' to bring up a new role drop down
  5. Choose the selected role from the drop down of options - tick it for use for Mantiki Default Store, Virgin Wines and Daily Mail - you only need to change the stock profile if adding the Wine Advisor, Corporate or Manager Roles
  6. Click 'Save' and the new role will be on the user - they need to log out and in again to get it to work.
