Raise an IT Support ticket
Note: Only verified Managers & Team Leaders are permitted to raise tickets through Jira. Everyone else will need to send their requests in via their TL or Manager
- Go to JIRA - https://jira.virginwines.co.uk:8080/
- Click 'Create Issue'
- On the pop up that appears, ensure that the Project is set to 'IT - Support', the issue type will default to 'Request'
- Make sure the summary is clear and concise.
- The description should contain the customer details and what exactly is required - if it's an error, include the exact steps you did so that we can recreate the error.
- Attach a file if you need to add a screen shot.
- Click 'Create'
- A pop up will appear advising you of the JIRA number, you will also receive and email confirmation.
