Raise an IT Support ticket

Note: Only verified Managers & Team Leaders are permitted to raise tickets through Jira. Everyone else will need to send their requests in via their TL or Manager


  1. Go to JIRA - https://jira.virginwines.co.uk:8080/
  2. Click 'Create Issue'

  3. On the pop up that appears, ensure that the Project is set to 'IT - Support', the issue type will default to 'Request'
  4. Make sure the summary is clear and concise. 
  5. The description should contain the customer details and what exactly is required - if it's an error, include the exact steps you did so that we can recreate the error. 
  6. Attach a file if you need to add a screen shot.
  7. Click 'Create' 
  8. A pop up will appear advising you of the JIRA number, you will also receive and email confirmation.
