Cancelling a Replacement Order

  1. Search and view the replacement order you wish to cancel
  2. Click 'Cancel' and a popup appears - you can cancel the order until it is 'dispatched' - bear in mind that if it is 'sent to warehouse' you will need to cancel the order on Options - choose a reason and click 'Confirm'
  3. Cancelling order will also cancel the credit line.
  4. The funds will be put back against the original order.
