How to find invalid characters in Order Uploader Spreadsheet

Step-by-step guide

• Open Excel
• Open a blank worksheet
• Click on the Data tab
  

• Select From Text
  
  
  
• Choose file to upload
• Select 65001 : Unicode (UTF-8)
  
  
  
• Next
• Under Delimiters choose Comma
  
  
  
• Next
• Finish
• Ok
  
  You should now be able to see where invalid characters are, overwrite them, and save the file.
