Risk Level - Definition

An attribute called 'Fraud Level' is on a customer and this contains 4 fraud levels 

  • Trusted - (Risk Score 0) - only enter the queue if the order is dispatched to a high risk postcode, will bypass fraud on AVS, order value, order contents and frequency.
  • Low - (Risk Score 20) - AVS fail and order value over £200 and order value over £300 will not trigger going into the fraud queue (postcode, order contents, order frequency, order over £500 and order in queue will trigger)
  • Medium - (Risk Score 50) - This is the default level - Any one fraud trigger will send to the fraud queue, including order value over £200 and order value over £300
  • High - (Risk Score 100) - All orders where customer flagged as high still pass through fraud
