Amazon MWS orders are managed by a number of automated jobs 

  • Amazon MWS Orders - this job runs every 15 minutes and places any order on the Amazon Sendagift account automatically 
  • Amazon MWS Acknowledgement - this job also runs every 15 minutes and it acknowledges the order has been received at Amazon
  • Amazon MWS Fulfilment - this job runs once an hour and updates the status of the orders on Amazon to 'Shipped' 

If an order fails to be placed, then a Case is created in the Amazon queue on Salesforce, the order either needs cancelling or placing manually depending on the reasons for failure.
