Placing a Staff Order using Cost + 5%

Check the bottle prices of what you would like to order, there is a master price list in SharePoint
The price list will be automatically updated by Fergus as and when prices change – if you are in an doubt please check the prices with Fergus.
You will pay the price of the wines as they are on the day of your order request
Any balance on your account can’t be used and this will not be adjusted. If you want to place a staff order using cost + 5% and you currently have balances on your account then you will need to set up a new staff account.
No vouchers or any other discounts can be used with an order
Staff Orders are not eligible for a free Rate your Wine bottle
You are also be able to purchase wines (within reason) for family – if your order is for a family member then please can you confirm this in your order email by entering the recipeint. The order must be placed on your account using your payment card. These will be monitored and as long as people do not take advantage of this perk it will remain
There is no min/max number of bottles you can order – This will also be monitored and we would not expect anyone to order more than 25 cases a year
If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged, missing bottle(s) or faulty wines in your order can you please email stafforders@virginwines.co.uk with all the details (order number and bottle(s) damaged/missing or faulty, we can then either reorder free to the office for a Friday, pop a credit on your Wine Account which will then be deducted from your next order or refund back to your payment card
Wines not liked will not be refunded as you are able to purchase the wines at such a great price – however if you order a whole case of the same wines and try one and do not like it you can return them and exchange for different wines or have a credit to your account or refund to your card, can you please email stafforders@virginwines.co.uk with the order number.
If you would like Free Delivery then place your order before 12:00 on Wednesday, please state if you want to pick up the order from the warehouse in Preston or the office in Norwich on Friday – otherwise your order will be placed when we receive it and you will be charged £7.99 delivery (to your default delivery address, even if that's the office). If you would like Saturday delivery (£8.99) please request this in your email.
How to place your order
Send your request from your work email address to stafforders@virginwines.co.uk
Make sure the account you are buying from doesn't have any account balances on it.
You are responsible for making sure that the delivery address, billing address and the card you want to pay with are set as your default.
Choosing your wines:
To reduce the work load and also the risk of making a mistake it will be easier if you add what you want via the website and save your basket. This way when it goes to the staff orders team all they need to do is to discount the wine down and place the order.
Alternatively, if you want to purchase a pre-mixed case, find the SKU from the website and put it in the email
If you don’t want to do this, then just add the wines and quantities to your Staff Order Request email. This will take longer to place as each wine will need to be found, checked and then discounted.
How your email should look:
You will get a confirmation email once the order has been placed, please double check this and contact stafforders@virginwines.co.uk if there is any problems with it. Passing through the Order Number and Description of what the problem is.
