New Business Targets

There is a specific custom Object to allow for the recording of New Business targets. A record should be created per user BEFORE the new financial year to ensure that any Recruitment order is recorded against the correct agent and to enable accurate reporting against targets.

When you want to create a new Target record for an agent, follow the steps below.

  1. From the App Launcher in Salesforce type ‘New Business Targets’ and it should appear - if it does not, then you will need to raise a ticket for @Former user (Deleted) to grant permission to you.

     

  2. Click on the New Business Targets option and you should immediately land on ‘Recently Viewed’ - this may be blank if you have not viewed any before. From this page, click ‘New’

     

  3. You will see a form appear where you can enter the details - find the agent you want to create the record for, enter the FY start and end dates and enter the monthly amounts for the years target

     

  4. Click ‘Save’ and the record will save. The record will automatically deactivate when the financial year ends so it is very important you create the new record BEFORE the new Fiscal Year starts to ensure that no orders get missed off.
