Logging in & Navigating to Service Cloud

Go to the Salesforce URL (probably going to be https://virginwines.salesforce.com)
The log in screen should look something like this -
Enter your username and password and log in. You will land on the home page the first time you log in - otherwise you will land where you last were in Salesforce. It will also remember any accounts you had open already.
To access the service console, if you are not there already, click on the dots at the top left - this is called the App Launcher
Click on 'Virgin Wines Service Cloud' on the popup
You are now in the Service Console and can service customers.
