You will receive a number of different emails with the new Helpdesk system, if you receive an email and are unsure what it is, then look here.

  • Confirmation email - This email confirms your ticket number and the details about it. 
  • 'In Progress' email - This email tells you that work has started on the ticket and who is working on it. 
  • 'Fixed' email - This is the email to tell you the issue has been fixed and resolved for you and any comments about it. 
  • Comment email - these emails let you know if we have commented on it, and what the comment says.
