Occasionally a customer may want to have their Preorder case sent out on a different date - due to holidays and other commitments.
- Go to Telesales and go to CRM > Preorders
- Search for the Preorder either by typing the order number followed by an * (V0011349* for example) or my searching for the customers email address
- Click to View the details
- Then click the 'Hold' button at the top right
- The state will go to 'Held' and the button now says 'Release' - remember to create an open reminder for the customer when they want the order placed.
