Occasionally a customer may want to have their Preorder case sent out on a different date - due to holidays and other commitments. 

  1. Go to Telesales and go to CRM > Preorders
  2. Search for the Preorder either by typing the order number followed by an * (V0011349* for example) or my searching for the customers email address
  3. Click to View the details 
  4. Then click the 'Hold' button at the top right
  5. The state will go to 'Held' and the button now says 'Release' - remember to create an open reminder for the customer when they want the order placed.
