The below steps explain how to install the Experian Prove ID certificate on your PC.
You will firstly need to request the certificate password from IT. Please email servicedesk@virginwines.co.uk and someone will send you a one time password link.
Go to the Team - CAS > Experian > Certificate Folder
If you do not have access to this folder you will also need to contact IT
In there you will see the below file
Double click the file and you will see the below Window. Click Next.
Make sure Current user is selected, otherwise it will not work.
You will see this page. Click Next again
You will then see the below page. Enter the password from the link IT sent in the password box. Also make sure to tick the Mark this key as exportable box and then click Next.
Leave the Include all extended properties box ticked.
You will see the below page, again click Next without changing anything.
You will then see the confirmation page. Click Finish and then check you are able to log into Experian.
