Fulfilment Routes & Stock Location Set Up

Fulfillment Route Set up

For the purposes of this test I have used ‘Intervino’ – this has previously been in Mantiki but never used. In theory you should be able to set up using any name.

Stage 1 – Publishable Entities

1. Set up the fulfilment route.
   1. Go to Staging Back office and create a change package
   2. Under ‘Admin’ go to Stock, then Fulfillment Routes

c. Click ‘Add New’

d. Enter the details of the fulfilment route and save then publish

 2. Add the fulfilment Route to the delivery options

1. 1. Create a new change package in Staging Back Office
   2. Go to Admin > Delivery > Zones
      
   3. Click on ‘UK (Mainland)
      
   4. Click ‘Delivery Options’ tab
      
   5. From the drop down, select ‘Mantiki Default Store’ and it will populate all the delivery options
      
   6. Click into the delivery option you wish to add your new Fulfilment Route too and click ‘Fulfilment Routes’ down the left hand side
      
   7. Tick the ‘Intervino’ box and it will populate a section to add the delivery features for the route.
      
   8. Click ‘Add New’ and fill in the feature (Use the Virgin Wines route as reference) – click ‘Add New’ to add more delivery features until they are all filled out.
      
   9. Save, repeat for every Delivery Option that is required, and for every Zone. Then publish.

Stage 2 – Non-Publishable Entities

1.     Create the Stock Location – this needs to be done in both Telesales and Staging Back Office
   1. Go to Admin > Stock > Stock Locations
      
   2. Click ‘Add New’
      
   3. Fill out the screen, ensuring correct spelling and selecting the new Fulfilment route you created in Stage 1
      

d. Save and your new Stock Location will be ready to use – NOTE – you will need to ensure the stock location is added to any roles for agents who need to access it. (click here for instructions)


Stage 3 - Assign the Stock Locations to the Store - Non-publishable but should be done in both Staging Back Office and Telesales

1. On Telesales, go to 'Admin' and select 'Stores'
   
2. Click 'Settings' under the Store you wish to add the location too.
3. Click 'Stock Locations' on the left hand menu
4. Click 'Add New Stock Location'
5. Select the location you wish to add
6. Click 'Save' 
   
   You are now ready to add the fulfilment route to products and put those products into the new stock location.
