There is a Gift voucher tool on Mantiki, where you can search for purchased gift vouchers, it has all the necessary details: value, redeemed by and state the voucher is in.
Step-by-step guide
To search for a voucher:
- Go to Merchandising -> Gift Vouchers
- Gift Voucher Tool appears
- Enter voucher code in 'code' field and click 'search' - voucher information will appear.
- Click 'View' button to see details about voucher - on this page you can go to an order the voucher was purchased on and go to a customer who redeemed the voucher (if the voucher was redeemed)
