Subscriptions are a regular delivery of our products. We currently have  * Subscription Schemes a customer can join -

  • Discovery Club
  • Just Reds
  • Bin Ends
  • Just 6
  • RAC (Customer has to be a member of Winebank to benefit from this)
  • Beer Box
  • Beer Box 2

When a customer signs up, Mantiki will look to put them in a group that is a minimum of 9 weeks (63 days) and a maximum of 17 weeks (120 days) away (for all but Just 6 which is a minimum of 7 and maximum of 17 weeks) for their first Subscription case, if the system cannot find a Group/Event within this time frame, the customer will not be signed up and an open Diary note will be created for customer service to manually set them up and alert the relevant people that there are sign up failures due to missing events.

Subscriptions run every Wednesday at 12 midday.

If a customer fails to process in the Wednesday run, they will be retried 4 days later and again 3 days after that, if they fail after the second retry, the customer will go into a 'Manual Retry' state and a Diary note created for the Allstars to action and contact the customer. If no action is taken on the customer they stay in a Manual Retry state and will not be processed in any future Subscription runs, it also means that the event will not 'complete'.

A customer may go into Manual retry early - if this happens it is likely that they have bespoked their Subscription case and that some/all of it has gone out of stock, likewise an open diary note will be created.

Beer Box subscriptions

Beer Box and Beer Box 2 subscriptions are operating slightly different. Both are basically the same with the difference of how often they will run. Beer Box is monthly whereas Beer Box 2 is bi-monthly subscription. From the customer point of view they will look as one subscription where you can change frequency. There will be only standard membership and no customer preferences. At this point in time there is no special first case expected for that subscription.
