Fulfilment Routes
We currently have 3 fulfilment routes in Mantiki - these separate stock into different channels, these are not restricted and all contain the same locations -
Intervino (not currently used)
Virgin Wines (the main route for all physical stock)
Preorders ('Virtual' stock for any preorder deposit items)
Stock Locations
Within a fulfilment route, there are 'Stock Locations', which Location a product comes from is defined by the role your user has.
Preston - this is the high level stock location where all stock goes initially, it is then moved around from here into the other locations so it can be ordered
Customer Service - enables CS to access this stock - Wine Advisor role does not have access to this. Will appear to anyone where their Stock profile is from Basic Agent.
Corporate - enables the corporate team to access corporate stock - is accessed for people where their stock profile is from Corporate Agent
Web - The main stock location, all users should have access to this - it is a fallback if stock cannot be found in the users main stock location (CS for example)
Subs - This location is restricted, only merchandising can see it - it is used by the subscription processor when running Wineplans
WineAdvisors - All wine advisors should have access to this if they stock profile is from the Wine Advisor role
Preorders - Allows the agent to purchase preorder deposits which are stored in the Preorder fulfilment route.
