  1. Firstly, the affected user needs to disconnect their Einstein Email Connected account, do this by asking the user to go to their settings (click the Avatar and then 'Settings'       
                                                                                                  
  2. Within the settings,  go down the left hand menu to 'Email' then click 'Connected Accounts'                                                                                                                              
                                            
  3. Click 'Disconnect' on the connected account account
     
  4. Click 'Disconnect' on the popup that appears                                                                                                                   
          
  5. The button will now say 'Reconnect'

  1. Within your settings, go back to the Connected Accounts (as per the steps above) and this time click 'Reconnect' 
  2. On the popup that appears, click the option for Office365                           
                            
  3. Pick the account or use another account  account
                                                                                   
  4. It will reconnect you and now show a 'disconnect' option
