- Firstly, the affected user needs to disconnect their Einstein Email Connected account, do this by asking the user to go to their settings (click the Avatar and then 'Settings'
- Within the settings, go down the left hand menu to 'Email' then click 'Connected Accounts'
- Click 'Disconnect' on the connected account account
- Click 'Disconnect' on the popup that appears
- The button will now say 'Reconnect'
...
- Within your settings, go back to the Connected Accounts (as per the steps above) and this time click 'Reconnect'
- On the popup that appears, click the option for Office365
- Pick the account or use another account account
- It will reconnect you and now show a 'disconnect' option
