The process for Business Accounts should be as follows - 

  • Create a Lead
  • Work the Lead
  • Convert the Lead - this Creates a Business Account and Associated Contact, with the option to create an Opportunity at the same time

Once a business account has been created, in the case of Corporate accounts, when there are orders to place, click 'Create Mantiki Account' - this creates a skeleton Mantiki Account to be used as an Orders & Credit hub. 

All Account Management should be done within Salesforce, only Orders should be placed and managed within Mantiki.
