Whoever is arranging the collection / repair will aim to pick a day where a member if IT support is in the office to avoid any further issues.

In the event that both members of support are out of the office, or away from their desks, leave the laptop in the cupboard behind where Law sits with a note including the following info:

  • Date of Collection

  • Courier

  • Ticket no.

  • Issue with laptop

Repairs / Collections should also be mentioned on stand-up and in the IT General Chat on the day of the courier visit so the Team is aware.
