Note: Only verified Managers & Team Leaders are permitted to raise tickets through Jira. Everyone else will need to send their requests in via their TL or Manager
On the pop up that appears, ensure that the Project is set to 'IT - Support', the issue type will default to 'Request'
Make sure the summary is clear and concise.
The description should contain the customer details and what exactly is required - if it's an error, include the exact steps you did so that we can recreate the error.
Attach a file if you need to add a screen shot.
Click 'Create'
A pop up will appear advising you of the JIRA number, you will also receive and email confirmation.
