You are able to add your company email account to your personal mobile device, as long as it meets the following requirements:

If an iPhone, it needs to be on iOS version 7.1 or higher.
If running Android, it needs to be on Android version 4 or higher.
Must have a passcode set that is at least 4 characters and not simple (i.e 1111 or 1234)
This only applies to phone and tablets, not laptops or desktops. You may be asked to set a 6 digit passcode on some devices, however you can set 4.
Adding your Email account to Outlook
We recommend using the Outlook app as it combines email, contacts and calendar in one app. However the below steps work for other apps.
Open Outlook
Select Add new account or similar.
Select Microsoft from the options
Enter your Email address.
Note, your email login address is your username@virginwines.co.uk. For example, Jimmy Bloggs would be jimmblog@virginwines.co.uk
Enter your password.
At this point you may be redirected to an Office 365 login page, this is normal.
(Optional) If prompted, enter the following details. You can leave everything else blank.
Server: outlook.office365.com
Username: As above
Password: As above
You will be asked to give permissions to the app/account on your device. Please review these and accept if happy to do so.
