There are 2 ways you can comment on a ticket.
- Reply to the JIRA emails that you have received. You will receive an automatic email confirming the comment.
- Alternatively, you can load up the query and comment on it on JIRA.
- On your initial confirmation email with your ticket number, click on the 'HELP-XXX' number.
- You will be taken to the issue on JIRA
- You may need to log in, if you are unsure of your username and password, then contact Unlicensed user or Unlicensed user
- Click 'Comment' at the bottom of the issue and a text box will appear.
- Type your comment and then click 'Add', you will then receive an email confirming the comment. If you want to tag an IT person in the comment, then put '@' then start typing their name and it should appear, click it and they will be notified by email that you have mentioned them.
- On your initial confirmation email with your ticket number, click on the 'HELP-XXX' number.
