Some users need to be able to connect to the images server in order to upload files to it.
1: Install Filezilla or WinSCP
In order to connect you will need SFTP software. Generally we recomment WinSCP or Filezilla for this. Filezilla is available on Windows, Mac and Linux.
2: Add a new connection
The below screenshot shows where the new details need to be added in Filezilla. The process for WinSCP is the same, though the GUI may look a little different.
- Protocol: This should be SFTP
- Host: This is 176.34.99.252
- Logon Type: Key file
- User: design
- Key file: This needs to be requested by raising a ticket with IT
Once you are done click OK at the bottom.
3: Connect to the Images server:
Under Site Manager in Filezilla (Sites in WinSCP) click connect
