After enabling MFA you will just need to follow the below steps and disconnect then reconnect your emails |

- Click your user icon at the top right of Salesforce
- Click on Settings on the menu that appears
- On the left hand side menu click the Email button
- Under Connected Accounts click New Account
- Select Connect My Office365 Account
- Log in with your Office 365 details (your username is first 4 last 4 with @virginwines.co.uk added on the end)
- Password is the same as the one you use to log into Windows
- You can then disconnect and reconnect this if required.
