In the event I am out of the office and someone needs a spare computer, these are located in the 4th floor store cupboard on the shelf near the window. Power cables are also in the same area. Do not use desktops from the bottom shelf.
In no situation should a desktop computer be removed from someones desk, however there are no issues using someone else's computer at their desk if they are away.

There should be a spare laptop on the end of the desk in ITthe 4th Floor server room, this is labelled Spare and has a USB network adapter with it. and will only work on WiFi.
If this is in use, there are older spares in the 4th floor store room with the computers.
