There are 2 ways you can comment on a ticket.

  1. Reply to the JIRA emails that you have received. You will receive an automatic email confirming the comment. 
    Image RemovedAlternatively, you can load up the query and comment on it on JIRA.  
  2. On your initial confirmation email with your ticket number, click on the 'HELP-XXX' number.

  3. You will be taken to the issue on JIRA

  4. You may need to log in, if you are unsure of your username and password, then contact Unlicensed user or Unlicensed user
  5. Click 'Comment' at the bottom of the issue and a text box will appear.

  6. Type your comment and then click 'Add', you will then receive an email confirming the comment. If you want to tag an IT person in the comment, then put '@' then start typing their name and it should appear, click it and they will be notified by email that you have mentioned them- SENDING A NEW EMAIL WILL CREATE A NEW TICKET.
