There are 2 ways you can comment on a ticket.
- Reply to the JIRA emails that you have received. You will receive an automatic email confirming the comment.
Alternatively, you can load up the query and comment on it on JIRA. - On your initial confirmation email with your ticket number, click on the 'HELP-XXX' number.
- You will be taken to the issue on JIRA
- You may need to log in, if you are unsure of your username and password, then contact Unlicensed user or Unlicensed user
- Click 'Comment' at the bottom of the issue and a text box will appear.
