Einstein Inbox with Activity capture automatically logs emails and events against the relevant Accounts, Contacts, Leads and Opportunities within Salesforce. It will show all emails automatically, however they cannot be reported on in detail as standard. 

Once you have been granted access to use this, you will need to set it up yourself in both Outlook and through Salesforce - please Salesforce 

1. Click your user icon at the top right of Salesforce
2. Click on Settings on the menu that appears
3. On the left hand side menu click the Email button
4. Click the Einstein Activity Capture button
5. Click Settings
6. Under Connected Accounts click New Account
7. Select Connect My Office365 Account 
8. Log in with your Office 365 details (your username is first 4 last 4 with @virginwines.co.uk added on the end)
   1. Password is the same as the one you use to log into Windows
