- Open your email app.
- Select Add new account or similar.
- Select Exchange from the options
- Enter your Email address.
- Note, your email login address is your username@virginwines.co.uk. For example, Jimmy Bloggs would be jimmblog@virginwines.co.uk
- Enter your password.
- At this point you may be redirected to an Office 365 login page, this is normal.
- (Optional) If prompted, enter the following details. You can leave everything else blank.
- Server: outlook.office365.com
- Username: As above
- Password: As above
You will be asked to give permissions to the app/account on your device. Please review these and accept if happy to do so.

If you are using IOS' default mail app, you will need to go into your settings and add an Exchange account to your mail app, use your work email and password to log in and your work mail imbox will appear |
