Warning!! At the moment, cancelling a replacement order while it is in 'awaiting credit' state will automatically refund the original order. |
- Search and view the replacement order you wish to cancel
- Click 'Cancel' and a popup appears - you can cancel the order until it is 'dispatched' - bear in mind that if it is 'sent to warehouse' you will need to cancel the order on Options - choose a reason and click 'Confirm'
- If you have cancelled while it is in 'sent to warehouse' then you will see an option to refund the original order
- However if you have cancelled while it is in 'awaiting credit' state then a refund will be done automatically.
- If 'goods will be recovered' has been ticked when doing the replacement, then it behaves in a similar way to how an exchange would be cancelled Cancelling order will also cancel the credit line.
- The funds will be put back against the original order.
