The boardrooms on floors 3 and 4 each have a wall mounted display. Below are the instructions for using these screens.
Floor 4

& 3 Boardrooms
In this room these rooms there should always be the following:
- A Samsung TV RemoteA HDMI Switch Remote
- A USB Presentation Remote
- A DisplayPort HDMI Cable
- A HDMI Cableto DisplayPort adapter
If any of these items are missing please contact IT. None of these items should ever be removed from the boardrooms.
When turning the screen on you should make sure that the source is set to HDMI 1. This should never be changed, but if it is you will need to use the source button on the Samsung remote to select it.
All company issued laptops should have either a DisplayPort or HDMI connector on them. Plug in the required HDMI cable and the HDMI Switch will automatically connect to the screen. If in doubt, please see a member of IT.
Floor 3 Boardroom
This room is mostly the same as the above and should always have the following:
- A Samsung TV Remote
- A DisplayPort Cable
- A HDMI Cable
The only difference between floors 3 and 4 is that floor 3 doesn't currently have a HDMI switch, so you may need to manually swap cables over when connecting. All company laptops should have a DisplayPort or HDMI connector. This screen should always have the source set to HDMI 1or HDMI with the DisplayPort adapter depending on your connector.
