If a customer fails to process in the Wednesday run, they will be retried 1 day 4 days later and again 7 3 days after that, if they fail after the second retry, the customer will go into a 'Manual Retry' state and a Diary note created for the Allstars to action and contact the customer. If no action is taken on the customer they stay in a Manual Retry state and will not be processed in any future Subscription runs, it also means that the event will not 'complete'.
