When a customer signs up, Mantiki will look to put them in a group that is a minimum of 9 weeks (63 days) and a maximum of 17 weeks (120 days) away (for all but Just 6 which is a minimum of 6 7 and maximum of 10 17 weeks) for their first Subscription case, if the system cannot find a Group/Event within this time frame, the customer will not be signed up and an open Diary note will be created for customer service to manually set them up and alert the relevant people that there are sign up failures due to missing events.
